"NO STARS - it wouldn't let me choose zero. CVS on Peachtree Ind. BLVD- Suwanee. Terrible- the tech was rude and lied. The pharmacist was also rude and lied. My prescription was ready at 9:30 am. It was supposed to be refrigerated until opened. (Ozempic) It was left out the entire time. I asked the pharmacist about it. He said he just filled it. When I questioned the text saying it was ready at 9am he said he didn't know about that- he just filled it. He also said it was saft to stay out 3 weeks. I received 3 boxes and they were all warm and definitely had not be refrigerated recently. I now do not know if it safe to take it. I called my regular pharmacist and he said it was supposed to be refrigerated until opening. But he did not have the information as to if it is safe to use. The company is now closed and I can not find out this information until tomorrow. It has been out over 8 hours. I certainly hope CVS investigates this and makes sure it does not happen again to anyone else."

The staff/ tech was courteous and went above and beyond to help me obtain a medication from a specific manufacturer. She even shared the feedback of the medication from other consumers. I felt better about my medication decision."
