"Astounding lack of transparency, interest in ACTUAL patient-centric and concern for patient well-being. I was receiving monthly port care from this company between periodic IV infusions for YEARS, and a sudden policy change now means I cannot get that care without having to drive 45 minutes each way to my doctor every month or to their office 30 minutes away. It's both impractical and puts me at greater risk of contracting a community acquired illness. Kind of the antithesis of home infusion services. Business before patient. I will likely just have to figure out how to do this myself and hope I don't get sepsis."

The nurse told me it was fake results because I did not have systems. I could have died and this place would have not said anything about it."
