"I canot believe the incompetence. My sister has struggled to help her dog overcome extreme anxiety that leads to biting. She has worked with Dr Ward for 2 years. She has had to taken her to Dry Hill and Crab Orchard, in order to see HER vet. If you don't tavel to see your own vet, there is no continuity of care. Evidently the two offices are inept at recording and sharing records. The dog was up to date on all of her shots and was on medication for anxiety. My sister was told that if the situation got worse, euthanasia was recommended. She was told that it would go smoothly with kindness and understanding. Today, she had to take her. After the dog was sedated, she was told that there were no records of rabies vaccination. Dr Ward was on vaccation. She was told that her baby would have to be decapitated, and her head would have to go to the health department on Monday morning. But, it gets worse. She was told that she would have to take her baby's head home and put it in her refrigerator for 2 days and then deliver it herself to the health department. I wish she had changed vet's when I did, a couple of months ago. Don't give these people your business. They are imcompet. I wish I had a photo of what they did to this dog. If you love your dog, stay away from here. Edit: On Monday morning my sister went to have the shot records printed off at the Crab Orchard office. All shot records are entered into the computer. Both office locations have access to this. Dr. Walker did not even look in the computer. She had the records there."
"Never been there before, referred by our local vet. Went with dread that amputation would be needed for our cat, Dr was able to save the leg. Follow up call made with lab results, spoke with Dr himself. Cat is doing well."
"Very rude staff… I don’t recommend. Not professional at all. Go to Fayetteville vet if possible. They have beautiful welcoming staff and lobby. Your fur babies will definitely feel safer there!"
"Update: They offered to return the cost of the bath despite the shave being the biggest issue. We received the check in the mail and a letter apologizing for the issues. The check was written for $20 more than they had previously held firm to. I still wouldn’t recommend this vet for a grooming (call around), but they have been very good with the health care aspect. I am increasing the rating given their attempt to do the right thing and their history as a good vet. One ⭐️ for grooming, and 4 for vetting. I do NOT recommend this vet for grooming. We have a 15lb mix breed that can be a handful at the groomer, so we decided to have him sedated for grooming here. To our great surprise the bill was $230!!! Their response when I questioned the price was “well, he had his glands expressed and his nails clipped too.” First off, this isn’t the first time I’ve had him done like this at a vet. The most I’ve paid has been $140 including the sedation, nails, glands, bath, and cut. They charged $135 JUST to shave him. He doesn’t even look that clean, he still smells, looks raggedy, and was returned to me still damp. This is the worst grooming at the highest price EVER presented to me. We’ve had three dogs groomed, smelling delightful, and wearing adorable ribbons or collars for nearly half the price of this horrible job. Find somewhere else. PetSmart charges way less for high-end special treatments, and all the stuff this vet priced out separately. After a week of trying to reach the manager I finally spoke with him and then one of the vets. They are unwilling to refund more than the cost of the bath despite him still having matted fur around his face. The price of the grooming was not disclosed in advance either."
