"The pharmacist, Barbara, is disgustingly rude!!! She should ABSOLUTELY NOT work anywhere that requires any level of customer service! I have been in healthcare for over 20yrs and I’ve NEVER encountered a Pharmacist so blatantly rude in my life!"

"Pharmacist Barbara has been extremely helpful this week in getting a multitude of my elder parent’s prescriptions from other locations, doctors and other drugstores despite multiple challenges (insurance changes/issues, delays from doctors offices, etc). So thankful for her professionalism!"

"We have been customers of Kroger’s Parkaire landing for over thirty years. We feel so happy to have Barbara back as the pharmacy manager! She genuinely cares about their customers, going above and beyond to recommend and search for whatever Is needed.. Other managers have been kind and we have no qualms, but Barbara is special. We hope she will be there for the next 30 years! We do have problems with Kroger’s APP! I truly despise the lack of personal interaction in our country! I’ll not say more because I would end up being carted away and disposed."

"Always say they’re busy or understaffed as if that’s their customers problem. I always call the night before to remind them to fill my prescription. But that does nothing. I called last night as usual & then again today at 1 p.m. I was told it’d be ready in 3 hours. I arrived at 4:15 p.m. still wasn’t ready. It’s now 5:28 p.m. still not ready. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Won’t be coming here again."

"Over the weekend I went into this pharmacy to have 6 new prescriptions filled. Talking to the lady at the drop-off window I told her I have a new RX card and would like to know the prices of the expensive name brand prescriptions. She ran my card and told me Kroger partnered with my RX company and It will be 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting the lady informed me that after running the prescriptions that none of my medications will be lowered. So basically she lied and did not run my RX card as requested. What I was really disappointed with her was instead of saying sorry she asked if she should run my $9 generic prescriptions. Instead of complaining I took this moment to kindly tried to explain to her that I did not feel her customer service was up to pair. It's always good to have constructive feedback, good or bad. While talking to her the pharmacy manager walked into the conversation. She was a shorter Blonde hair lady. I kept my cool and explained what happened and I was a little frustrated but more disappointed with the customer service. The manger took an aggressive posture and instead of saying sorry she complained at me. I personally think both of these Kroger employee should learn why customer service should be your number one responsibility. I went across the street to fill my order instead at CVS. Great customer service"
