Walmart Pharmacy

"They concluded 3 lies when I up upon the counter: tell doctor to call them and never picked up the call, doctor left the voicemail and pharmacy’s voicemail system is down, and fake manger talked to me about my situation. Don’t waste your money and time with these people. Stay away and find a better pharmacy. They have 5 people working at the station and wondering around not doing anything so they can get pay extra hours. Last time I was here being told my prescription be ready in hour, and it was not ready for 4 days because that lady never key anything in. Freaking 4 days? Then why you telling me is ready next hour? Someone in charge needs to check with these people. They are super racist when they see Asian at the counter."

"I went to go pick up prescription and nothing was there so i headed home called my doctor and was inform they called in the medicine day before and i called the pharmacy and they told me they just received it when it was called in. I was just there and they couldn’t inform me they received it but wasn’t due… unprofessional. The lady at register seem slow and didn’t bother to fully check at all."

"They need to be more efficient and a lot quicker. No way, if they txt you medication ready, you come up there, and it's still an hr wait. Tiffany customer service sucks. She'd rather go back and forth with a customer instead of check them out. Absolutely unprofessional."

"The woman at the pharmacy I talked to on the phone and when I arrived were very friendly and polite and professional. I know many of the reviews on here are 6 months old now and were not positive, but for anyone reading this please believe me that the staff has changed and improved."

"This is by far the worst pharmacy. The customer service is none existent. Five people behind the counter however you're waiting in line to be help. No one acknowledges that you're there, while they laugh and hold long conversations. I have transferred my kids medicines to Publix."
