Walgreens Pharmacy

"The pharmacy often takes them a very long time to fill prescriptions. In addition, they have a problem providing correct information. They sent me an automated call earlier this week telling me that my insurance company had denied my prescription. I called my insurance company to find out what was wrong. It turned out that the pharmacist had made a mistake, and their system generated the call even though they fixed it right afterward. Another issue is that they are very low on stock. The shelves are nearly empty, and they didn't have anything I needed. When asked when they would restock they said they didn't know."

"Debby in the pharmacy was so rude to a chain of customers. When customers asked when their prescription would be ready, she would say, "come back at 4! We don't have anything for you" in a shouting tone. To me, she said my name was not in the system, and I had to offer my birthdate otherwise she would have turned me away. She further said, "what kind of world do you live on where a prescription is ready right when you get out from the doctor. Come back at 5!". During pick up, she said that insurance couldn't be run and asked if I "even wanted the prescription". Being sick, I was not in the mood. Totally unprofessional. One start for filling the prescription correctly."

"Horrible unorganized unprofessional pharmacy. Do not go here for any reason. Have you ever been told you cannot get medication for two days??? Unheard of. Unfortunately they cannot get their act together. Corporate needs to step in or this pharmacy needs to close all together. Hope they can figure it out."

"I hadn’t visited this store in awhile, but my recent visit was a pleasant surprise! The store was clean and had a wide variety of items available. The employees were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed, even suggesting a cheaper alternative to the product we were buying. Checking out was quick and efficient and I will definitely be back!"

"I stopped in today as I was looking for an over the counter medication I had not been able to find elsewhere. I could not find what I was looking for and went to the pharmacy to see if I could get some help. Both the pharmacy assistant and the pharmacist quickly stepped up to help.They politely listened as I was surely saying the name of the item wrong that I was looking for. After finding the item was held behind the counter, I was a bit shocked at the price and told the pharmacist, "No Thank-You!" She was not at all perturbed and told me how late she would be there if I wasn't able to find it elsewhere. After talking some more, she was able to find a generic substitute that was MUCH less expensive. Even though they were both obviously very busy, they were both friendly and took the time to help me find what I needed , making it a very positive experience."
