Reviews
"Great experience so far. Seems like the poor reviews are from people who think they are more important or their medical issues are worse than everyone else. I’ve filled many prescriptions with very short wait times. I’d be a grumpy cashier if I had to deal with some of the people leaving nasty comments. Give them a break."
"They always have my prescriptions in a timely manner, they’re fast and courteous when you come in to pick up your medicine."
"If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. This pharmacy has poor customer service. My prescription was filled on time but the cashier had the worst attitude I ever experienced at a pharmacy. I would not recommend this place to anyone smh. This was my first and last visit."
"It's horrible when you need medication and you ALWAYS have to stand in line for 45 minutes or longer, regardless when you arrive. Businesses can't keep relying on Covid excuses. At some point you have to still provide quality and timely customer service. Even if you call this store, after waiting 10 minutes most of the time they pickup only to hang-up on you. Right now I've been in line 30 min and still have 7 people in front of me. Another time I had forgotten my inhaler and knew they had a refill for me. I couldn't breath so I cut in line to ask for it. They told me I had to wait in line."
"The last 4 months they’ve sent me text saying I could pickup my monthly medication, every time without exception when I arrived I was told to come back the next day or 2 days later. They have more business then they can process, staff and pharmacist are nice. I would suggest going to the Public’s across the road , wife uses them and she’s never had this problem."
