CVS Pharmacy 107 Pavilion Parkway, Fayetteville, GA 30214

"Do not use this pharmacy. It takes them too long to fill a prescription. I placed my son's refill on Sunday for his seizure medicine that was due to run out Tuesday morning. They finally text me on Wednesday saying they were refilling it. Meanwhile my son had a seizure on Wednesday evening and had to be rushed to the hospital. I contacted them Thursday morning and was told they couldn't have it filled until after 4pm on Thursday. I explained to them he needed the medication since what he was given at hospital was due to run out of his system in 12 hours. He had just been released from hospital a few hours due to seizure. They didn't care at all. I ended up having to get it transferred to another cvs that had it ready in two hours."

"DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE. This is not a real CVS, it is just a counter in Target. They have extremely limited hours, they don't accept insurance that other CVS's accept, they have nothing in stock. I've wasted so much time just to get nothing here."
