"Pharmacist was super rude!! I called to see if they could give me an emergency script of my antidepressants because my doctor left Piedmont without me knowing so I couldn’t get in touch. I came in and the first lady was rude and the pharmacist rolled her eyes and acted like it was such an inconvenience that i was there. So i will just be dealing with side effects until im able to get my script filled and go somewhere else for my prescriptions."
"One of the few pharmacies in Newnan that seem to have everything in stock, which is extremely helpful. I soooo wish they were able to have a drive thru. There are two ladies that work in the pharmacy that really need an attitude adjustment. They act like you are bothering them when you drop off and/or pick up your script. They don't say rude things to you, they just act bothered by you. Kind of like quiet, dismissive if that makes sense. I mean, hello... The only reason you have a job is because of customers. Without customers you don't have a job. It would not kill you to be nice. It is so easy to give good customer service."
