"Hands down the worst pharmacy experience every time. I’ll start driving to New Hope for my prescriptions from now on just to avoid this place. It’s clear the pharmacist doesn’t really care about her job at all."
"Let me start by saying a huge THANK YOU to Danielle. She seemed to be the only one working in the pharmacy who actually put in an effort to help customers. The actual pharmacist and two other team members were doing absolutely nothing. One of the team members even looked extremely under age and was eating behind the counter and the other had headphones in ignoring the customers waiting in line. Danielle was extremely helpful and followed through with her task. I called yesterday prior to coming to pick up my prescription and a women named Julia did not follow through with her task which caused me to have to spend 2+ hours here waiting for the pharmacist to correct there mistake. A mistake that they made and the pharmacist was not apologetic or taking accountability for Julia’s mistake at all. I was just told by the pharmacist “it’s not only you I have 4 other prescriptions I need approval for.” Julia did not do what she told me she was going to do and lied to me stating it would be ready at 4pm YESTERDAY. All for one single package of birth control. This is absolutely ridiculous and no one should ever have to have this type of experience again. I absolutely would never return if this wasn’t one of the only pharmacies close to me that accepts my insurance."
"I can never get through to the pharmacy. Two days after calling the mgr. I finally got to speak with the pharmacist. Ridiculous!."
"The car line is always long and SLOW and waiting inside is not better. To save time, call in advance to ensure your prescription is ready. This is the only way I’ve ever been able to pick up a prescription and have it ready when I arrive. Even if your doctor calls it in, call to make sure it’s filled before you go. If you go inside it’s not uncommon to wait over an hour. Be prepared, and pray for a short line if you want to save time. That said, they are good about filling baby meds quickly. Staffing is a huge issue. They often have only 2-3 people running the pharmacy while also administering Covid and Flu shots. They’re set up to fail/disappoint."
"Leaves you on hold forever!!!! Will not work with you to transfer a prescriptions. I’ve honestly never had to deal with a worse pharmacy. They are rude I mean I could keep going and going. It sucks when people don’t want to do their jobs and I know because I work in healthcare."
