"He is definitely a crook if you have Good insurance be careful I use to go to him 2013 and EVERY 6 months we went for cleaning he would always say me and my daughter had a small cavity me trusting him because he’s the doctor I would get dental work done how I found out he was a CROOK his dad passed and we had to see his partner his partner who is soooooo honest Dr.Parker said I don’t see a cavity and I told him where dr Polk said it was he never said anything negative against Dr polk he just said ma’am I don’t see no indication of a cavity same thing happened when my daughter went back no indication of a cavity after that I asked to switch doctors there was a very very loud black receptionist there she asked why and I said Dr polk is a crook she went off in front of pts just loud and wild to be old as she was Dr polk called me I went into his office and I told him I no longer want you as my dentist he asked why I said you’re a liar and a cheat you have done unnecessary work on me and my daughter he tried to smooth things over but I was done found a new dentist and her 1st response was you have had an awful lot of work done I replied because I had good insurance and a crooked dentist"
