"Horrible staff with poor customer service. We had a very bad experience our last visit. I do not recommend this place. I had a very rough experience with staff and requested that I have a conversation with the Doctor. They made it clear that their lunch break was in 25 mins and the conversation would go far beyond that. I never received a phone call or a second thought. The customer service here is just beyond poor, Dr. Included. Days after, still no returned calls. This is sad being that my son has seen Dr. Stewart since about 2017."
"Staff is very friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain everything so you fully understand the treatment plan. They have been very accommodating when I need to reschedule appointments, and always return my calls if I leave a message. My daughter has been going for 2 years and should soon get her braces off. Her smile is going to be awesome!"
