It first sounded like she didn't know what the item was, then when I explained further, she just said no! and hung up. Very rude customer service and will not be patronizing them."

"I wanted to return a wedge pillow that sat on the shelf for 3 years and dry rotted. It was hard as a rock, was cheap (literally like 30 cents of foam), made in Communist China. This cost me $40 at a time when I physically wasn’t well enough to go shopping for something better. The owner didn’t even ask why I wanted to return it, it was a simple flat out NO. So buyer beware, shop places that are honorable and stand behind the products they sell."

"We were referred to this pharmacy by our new HCP, as being an "in-network" provider. We called to verify the cost of a regularly taken medication. The policy of this pharmacy is not to call about any medication until the prescription is presented in house. The pharamacy company will then call the "Drug Store" to verify cost then get back to you on the supposed in-network cost of the drugs. We feel this is a "GOTCHA" policy in order to capture your prescription into their system. It is sad and unfortunate that a simple phone call for a 30 day supply of a medication cost cannot be answered by the entry of information into the computer. Buyer BEWARE!!!!"
