"Pharmacy & 6 months earlier expired medicine at over the counter. I got my refill after 5 days. Went 3 times to get that but failed to get due to non availability. Other pharmacies make medicines ready in upto 20 minutes but here the old male manager asked me to make refill request at least 4 days before????? On 11 Dec 23, I purchased Omeprazole tablet from over the counter. B4 eating I checked the date & astonished that it was expired in June 23. I found many times expired products in marked down section. Some were expired 3 months b4 & marked down. The Store Manager wants such kind of people to work with him. He doesn't like the perfect & hard working people. He reduces the weekly working hours from 35 to 24 hours and needs same result of 35 hours. He humiliates the hard working people."
"Staff was nice enough. My problem is I had 2 different prescriptions sent to this pharmacy and after not hearing anything from them for over 5 hours I went there to check on the status (I live right by it). Both times I was told they were out of stock and I would have to call my doctor to have one of them sent to another Kroger pharmacy, because is was a non-transferable pain med. Just had knee surgery (meniscus) so I'm having to take Tylenol until Kroger can get their act together."
"The people behind the counter are hands down the worst. We have had so many issues with our prescriptions there. Definitely not isolated incidents, at least 1 out of every 3 times we go there there is an issue. Things not filled out (even though they were given HOURS and/or DAYS to do it), not calling for more information even though the knew they had to, and catching an attitude when you ask why your prescription is still not filled. Not all the people there give attitudes but there are some who need a reality check and I have no problem coping an attitude back. My favorite situation that I especially love is when I see them chatting it up when no customers are around and when you go up and ask about your prescription the response is “it will be 30-45 minutes.” This mind you, this is hours after it was called in. DO NOT HAVE YOU STUFF SENT HERE. Save yourself the effort and have it filled other places. Other Krogers do. It have the issues this one does. This is the ghetto Kroger of Forsyth county. ***UPDATE*** Went to the pharmacy twice today to pick up the same prescription and it is still not ready. 6 hours later. Pharmacist was extremely rude and the Pharmacy Tech was oblivious. The Tech told me they would ask how much longer and instead of going to ask the pharmacist they went back to restocking shelves. This hands down is the laziest and worst customer service oriented pharmacy. Go to the Castleberry or Macedonia Kroger. What a joke."
"I hate having to leave these kind of reviews but service has gone to shitzu at this pharmacy. We were given notice that our prescriptions were ready for pick up on 01/06. We confirmed they were ready prior to going on 01/07 to get them. When I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacist said they were short of staff and they weren’t ready. I asked about the phone call notice and phone call confirmation. He didn’t have an answer for that but said they could be ready in 30 minutes. Went back to pick them up and they didn’t have but 1 prescription available. Simply stated, this place sucks."
"Low prices but always understaffed and the slowest checkout times of any pharmacy I've been to even with all you info and prescription already filled. Thos last visit, I waited in a line of 3 people in front of me, the 1st person finished 15 minutes after my arrival and I told myself it could have just been that customer. 20 minutes later and no sign of the. Ext person being finished I had to leave so u would no be late for another event. Went back that night and the drive through only had one car so I decided to use it. Almost 20 minutes before I drove off. That is almost an hour of waiting today to pickup a prescription that was filled yesterday. I wish I could say this were the first time but this is just the time I decided to review it when I was asked. Best of luck to you."
