"I have been going to Dr. Washburn for awhile now and LOVE the staff. I have had some issues with the pediatric dentist my 6 year old went to and decided to see if Dr. Washburn could see him on the day I had my cleaning. He examined my 6 year old and decided he needed 2 cavities filled, so I made the appointment. They ended up having a cancellation, and called me since they knew I had taken the day off. I was a nervous wreck, knowing my baby would have to have the numbing shot in his mouth and I was scared that if he saw the needle he would be traumatized! Well this was NOT the case! Dr. Washburn had his special language he used with my boy, and my son had a fantastic experience!!! He never knew he had a shot in his mouth and still has no idea, he just knows the sleepy tooth gel made his mouth feel funny. I am happy that he took the time to make sure my son had a great experience, and now I feel much better knowing that if we need to do this again, that my son is in excellent hands!"
