"I have been coming here for 8 yrs. First time I came I was in my first trimester and had a abscess and my face was swollen. He helped me ASAP to do a root canal and repair it as well as helped me do what I could afford. And have been going ever since. And they are always good to me!"
"This office is terrible. I had a 9 am appointment. Arrived at 8:55. 4 other people were waiting already in the parking lot 1 of which was standing with me at the front door. The door wasn't even unlocked until about 9:07. They clearly wayy over book here. I wonder how many of those people there also had 9 am appointment times. There is only one dentist at this office and he is the only one to do cleanings and it was almost 10 am before he got to me to do a 15 minute cleaning with the water pick. This is second time I've gone and that's the only thing that's done to clean my teeth. This was supposed to be my 6 month cleaning. He said repeatedly during my cleaning that this wasn't a deep clean. By his comments it seemed that my build up was worse this appointment than the last, 6 months ago when I hadn't even been to a dentist in like 8 or 9 years before that appointment. How did I have worse build up in 6 months than I did from 8-9 years? And I've been trying VERY hard to take better care of my teeth since I had them cleaned 6 months ago so I was very disappointed to have comments made about how bad they are and I need to take better care of them. At the end of my appointment I get a proposed treatment plan that is almost $2000.. I'm not going back here ever again. I'd rather pay out of pocket to go somewhere else. It's experiences like this that have kept me from going to a dentist in the past."
"Dr. M has been my dentist for 3 years. I aged out of children’s dentistry and he was in my network! He has never been harsh or put me in physical pain with my teeth. He did a smooth job on my filling! i had broken it off, called him up and was seen almost immediately. I am very thankful for the services that have been offered and received!"
