"My dental visit today was an outstanding experience. I was greeted pleasantly by the front desk and was told to go to the waiting area. Within a couple of minutes I was called back to the examination room by the dental assistant. She immediately prepared me for my procedure. The dentist began the procedure about 5 minutes later and I was walking out of the clinic about 15 minutes later. Friendliness, timeliness, and professionalism made the difference."
