"I know Dr. Friedman from his philanthropic work with Holocaust survivors. Had my first (overdue) appointment with him today and I am extremely impressed by his professionalism and expertise, the warmth of the staff, and how nice I was treated. They helped me work around a busy schedule and helped fit me in when it was convenient to me. They made sure I was comfortable when they were doing various procedures (I had a root canal and pocket of bacteria drained -- like I said a visit much overdue). Their building felt homey and less sterile and less corporate than other places I have been before. The dental hygienists/surgery assistants were very nice and didn't say anything homophobic or racist at all (which is sad I have to comment about this but two previous dentist's offices had). We mostly talked about their kids and my work, but it was clear that if you don't want to talk they won't prompt you. I was impressed enough to write a review because I hope they have so much business they stay open forever and I dont ever have to find another dentist. (picture is my root canal tooth, pretty gnarly! Didnt actually hurt that bad, much less than the pain beforehand anyhow)"
