"I was not impressed. My experience at the Square One location was the worst dental appointment I've ever had. My new-patient appt took about 3 hours long! They are SO behind in technology. They took about 20 x-rays one-by-one; it took forever and was so painful to hold the device in my mouth over and over and over as they constantly reposition and take the picture. The cleaning also took forever!!! However, my tech was very kind. I had an appointment on a cold day and the whole office seemed extremely cold! I was SO uncomfortable during my entire visit. The front secretary/receptionist was very kind, but another staff member (female, that sat behind the secretary) kept cutting her off when she spoke to me and was rude in doing so. Oh, then 4 months after my appointment, I get a bill, but there's NO way to pay it online and no answer when I call them. I won't be returning."

"This Dentistry went above and beyond to help me with my extreme denial pain. I had been to other dentist in the past who I have bad experiences with. Dr.John and his amazing staff worked me in and fixed the problem the same day. They made me feel comfortable and put my intense anxiety at ease. Dr. John is very patient and answered all my questions before, after, and even during the treatment process. Also I am a complete germaphobe and the office was very nice and clean...calming even. I loved it! My mother and one year old came with me and square one dental worked with me my whole entire appointment. I left very happy and pleased! Amazing experience!"

"Extreme dental anxiety for years, and now with Dr. John and his amazing staff I’m anxiety free! The entire staff is so warm and friendly, they set you at ease as soon as you walk in. Dr. John is like no dentist I’ve ever worked with, everything is the newest technology and he is so thorough, you don’t worry about future issues. My first visit, I had so much anxiety I literally cried through the entire visit (Ask Ms. June, his amazing office manager and dental hygienist) but now....I know that I’m taken care of and that nothing is going to hurt! Highly recommend this practice!"
