"***Update 08/01/2023*** Dr. S. read my review! He really cares about his patients and that could be seen in his call shortly after posting my review. He told me he is getting the issues with his staff figured out. Because of that I'm upgrading to a 3 star. Currently the issues remain as far as I can see, but may update this if I see a significant change. I like him as a provider but his staff still make this a 3 star review for me. ***************** I’ve had over a year and a half experience with this provider. I have to say this has been a pretty bad experience as doctors offices go. The staff are the biggest issue. From getting double charged, to not receiving appliances, to having to make the trip back out to the office half a dozen times (I live over an hour away). While Dr. S. Is nice enough his staff doesn’t prepare him for visits with patients and he often seems confused as to why he’s seeing them. Today was kind of the last straw, in an effort to not have to go another hour each way to pick up an appliance (something that fits in a small envelope) I asked them to send me the appliance. They sent it via mail where payment is required to get the device. Grand total? $3.59! They couldn’t pay for that or simply bill me? Due to his staff, it makes this a 1 star review for me."

"I was seen right away and the staff was very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and I was given suggestions about my dental care and needs, which I will take heed to. I was there to get fitted for a mouth guard to wear at night and the Dr. explained in detail to make sure I understood everything. I'm happy that I was sent here by the VA to take care of my need."
