"After today's visit, I'd like to escalate this matter asap and talk to someone about getting my money back and pursuing alternatives to address the remaining steps of my implant, along with the dentist’s behavior towards me. I've had 2 other implants that were nothing like this. I understand if you’ve made a decision to serve a high volume of patients. But this is no way to deal with someone in distress and in pain and his way of operating is way too emotional and on AUTOPILOT with no regard for facts, which has cost me extra time and money. The dr was an hour late for todays appointment and I rearranged my work travel to make it to an appointment that should have never been scheduled by his staff. Instead of looking into the matter fully, the doctor assumed everything and dismissed every fact I shared with his office on several occasions as an attempt to communicate my discomfort following the procedure in his office. Unacceptable behavior"

"Dr. Bankston and his staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make me comfortable while extracting 3 teeth with cavities and cracking. (I'm a teeth clincher who neglected cleanings during covid and busy life schedule with work and 3 kids.) I was given the opportunity to ask questions, did not feel rushed. Then, I felt nothing during the procedure and was prescribed something for anxiety to take 30 minutes prior the the operation. Dr. Bankston had such a caring way about him and said "We're going to get you feeling better soon!" The office was lovely, well appointed, possibly newly decorated and very clean. You could tell all precautions for covid were being taken. The staff were wonderful. I was treated like I was a friend. It felt like there were 4 nurses assisting Dr. Bankston during the procedure. (This is a guess from before I dozed off) One was monitoring my medication and IV & the others were assisting with the extractions and monitoring my vitals. Everything finished and I woke up without knowing what happened. I was able to go pick up pain medication and antibiotics immediately after the appointment, with my mother driving. When I got home, I had a question about gauze and someone quickly answered and explained how to continue using and when to take out. I was foggy when I left their office and couldn't quite remember. Care package with ice pack, extra gauze, and a salt-water cleaning kit were provided. I received a call that evening from a nurse checking on my well-being! This is an outstanding place to go should you need to visit. I was actually excited the day of procedure because they got me in so quickly and I knew after the recovery I was going to feel like a new person. Recovery was an expected 3-1/2 days. But I was provided enough medication to get through. Thank you Dr. Bankston and team! You are fantastic! I'll definitely recommend your practice to friends and family. I'm on day five and have no pain. Visited in January 2022"

I followed his thorough care instructions to a T; medications, ice/warm pack and rising at the appropriate times given. "This review is long overdue. I went to Dr. Bankston for Wisdom Teeth Surgery. This was my first surgery EVER… To be truthful I was a total DIVA. Dr. Bankston was very patient, detailed and caring. I loved his sense of humor. His staff was EXCELLENT and treated me like a Queen. I had experienced some pain after surgery and had to return. Dr. Bankston’s staff got me an appointment same day. {NO PROBLEM/NO HASSLE} Wish he was my regular Dentist. GO YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE ENDING RESULT !"

"I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Bankston, which was wonderful. I had 2 teeth extracted at recommendation by my orthodontist and they had also recommended Dr. Bankston to us. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and treated very respectfully by the staff. I was nervous since it was my first time, but when I met Dr. Bankston he was very nice and professional and quickly eased my worries. I didn’t feel a thing when under the anesthesia.
