"The location was fairly easy to locate. The staff was welcoming, yet I was disappointed when I was told at the last minute that they would not be receiving a cleaning due to pipes being frozen. That information should have been provided headed of time. I am still awaiting to schedule a day and time for their cleanings. The environment was clean, the wait time was good. The doctor was professional and helpful. He acknowledged my concerns and did a referral. However, the communication after being seen has been distant."

"Be ware. I went in for a routine cleaning. After about an hour of X-rays, the most ever taken of my teeth, and other evaluations, they told me I was done. I asked, “what about my teeth cleaning?” They said, “that’s coming.” Then they took me to a cash register and told me my balance was about $405. I asked to see why - I was going in for insurance covered procedures, only. They wanted to charge me $85 for a flush of each of four teeth that had a 5mm gap from the gums. I informed them there were only two such teeth - were they trying to overcharge me? Was this flushing needed at all - I’d never had this procedure before, and it was not covered by insurance? They also wanted to charge $65 for fluoride treatment which was also not covered by my insurance. I declined the fluoride treatment. At which point the cashier proceeded to shame me for declining - “it’s only $65,” she said. So, I lowered my $405 bill by about $235. But I was still not happy and felt I was being scammed. About 3 months later I received another bill for $212. Again, with no itemization. It took about a week to 10 days and multiple phone calls and emails and messages left with the concierge service before I got an itemized statement, which I still couldn’t understand. I asked the billing department to call me for review. Once again, they never called. I paid the outstanding bill online as I felt it was for excessive X-rays, which were not covered by my insurance. I also didn’t want to have any problems. Suffice it to say I won’t be going back to this establishment."

"Dr. McDowell was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Her dental hygienist Keisha was also very friendly and super helpful. Had a great experience with the Dr and staff. I highly recommend this doctor office for dental needs. Clean and cute office. I had a really nice experience during my visit."
