"This was my first visit with a schedule appointment. I came in 30 minutes early to complete my paperwork, it was never mentioned that they were running hours behind with only one dentist. I had to pay upfront for my services before getting it completed. I paid a lot of money for this non caring facility, I should have been told upfront about there staffing issues. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$"

"This is my 4th visit to Metro Dental. I have paid what I was instructed to pay for my visits. I came into the office today to get 2 fillings that I have already paid for and was told by this woman named Tracy that I owed a deductible. My question was if I owed a deductible why was this not collected on the 1st visit and not the 4th She states the information was added in the wrong place on the treatment plan. So I was not allowed to get my fillings today due to the offices error. Tracy eye rolling and neck rolling didn't help the situation. There is a way to speak to people and Tracy needs a class on office etiquette. There are some really nice people @ Metro Dental but Tracy is not one of them. Please get some interpersonal training."
