"Family First Dentistry was refreshing welcoming and lived up to the reputation my friends had told me about as for being very thorough and NOT pushing any one procedure. They give you the options available and their recommendations. I came in for a 2nd opinion on a very expensive procedure. They are working up their proposed plan for me and the related costs. They indicated that what I had been told was correct. But also gave me options to consider. I look forward to hearing their plan and costs."

"Scared to Soothed...I'm a person with Dentistry phobia because of past experiences. I was looking for a gentle, supportive Dentist who would help with my recent dental pain and cranial pain. I visited Dr Childs-Wiggins and was immediately greeted by kind, welcoming and reassuring staff! They made me feel like family. I was so relaxed my blood pressure was in a lower than white coat range for me...and I almost fell asleep I'm her chair. I have multiple issues and the Dr took her time to give an in depth evaluation and explanation in layman's terms. She spent considerable time making sure I get the proper care through referrals and speaking in person to a pharmacist on my behalf. Cliff, Deborah and the rest of the staff were kind, patient and professional. I used to hate going to the dentist but think I'll be just fine going forward."

"I got into a bad wreck that resulted in head trauma so I was on the hunt for a dentist office & quick, that took my insurance near my home & Google literally blessed me with this place. 1st & foremost this was the most pleasant dentist office experience I’ve had in my entire life. Every single person of this staff was extremely pleasant, personable, & genuinely sincere. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time because in the 10yrs I’ve lived here I hadn’t had the best experiences, so I honestly was extremely anxious to come but the energy here was so warm & welcoming from the very beginning, that my hesitations literally washed away. Not once did I feel like my concerns weren’t heard or addressed. I didn’t feel like me being there was an opportunity for a money grab or chance to price gouge me and Dr. Childs-Wiggins bedside manner & professionalism was the epitome of the role model physician. She was so nice to me & made me feel confident in her recommended care plan. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months to get my follow up & fitted for my Invisalign.
