"As a nurse for the past 23 years, to run across a doctor/dentist/surgeon with great bedside manners is like finding a needle in a haystack. I had a 0800 (8am) appointment. He was ready to go! He explained the procedure, asked my input and keep me informed throughout the procedure. I was out of there by 0845. When he called me at 2000 (8pm) to make sure I didn’t have anymore questions and to see if all was okay, that was the icing on the cake. They just don’t make them like that anymore and it meant so much to me. I have one foot out the door of this healthcare thing because I see patient care falling through the crack but then to have an experience like I had at this office, it reminded me that all is not lost!!
