"Been going to this office for years when I was a child. Got a root canal a couple of years ago and Dr. Jose left after numbing my mouth. He took so long that once he came back it had almost worn off. I felt every bit of the pain and when I groaned he stopped and said “what hurts” in an annoyed way… uh my tooth? Anyway im back to comment about this now because the same tooth is infected and my new dentist says the root canal wasn't done correctly (so a waste of time, money, and pain). I HATE this rude dentist office, and what makes it worse is that this is supposed to be beneficial for a low income community…"

"Customer service here sucks they never answer the phone once they finally decide to answer the phone. The lady is always rude, very disrespectful and she sits in the front. She’s big fat and has a small ponytail on the top of her head. She should try to unbig her back and be more nicer to people!"
"I visited this dentist office before,however the receptionist with the heavy accent made me go elsewhere. I like this dentist work so much that both decided to start back going. I called on Saturday 7/29. The lady that answered then phone again with the heavy accent told me there were two people in front of me and that she had to verify my coverage. I gave her my info. I didn't hear anything back so I called on Tuesday. Again the lady with the heavy accent answered. I told her I was checking to see if she verified my coverage. She seemed irritated and said she hadn't checked it. I said we'll you told me I had 2 people ahead of me. How long does it take? A week,a month. She said it takes 3 weeks. I said well why are you irritated? You acted as if there were only two people and the process wouldn't take long. You should have said it takes 3 weeks and I wouldn't have called you today. Then she proceeded to say. I told you I would call you back. I asked her what does that mean. I can't call and check?? Sooo back to th3 other dang dentist office I go...I sure didn't want to. But the not so nice lady with the accent...you have spoiled my experience twice...I guess that's how you roll and that have allowed you to be. Sometimes we have to have the tough conversation and let people know that there's an opportunity for improvement and professional development."
