Reviews
"This is the cleanest Big Lots in all of Metro Atlanta. You can easily find what you are looking for with the store being well organized. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to visit this location."
"They got a lot pricier over the months. My cashier was very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly."
"Mr Eddie at the furniture section was very unreceptive of our customer service when we were at the store. It was almost as if it was huge bother when we were asking him if some chairs were available in stock. Highly doubt management will do anything in light of this review from me, but my goodness was there a huge lack of customer service today. I’m definitely not visiting this Big Lots outlet again."
"I visited this store yesterday and I was severely racially profiled. My husband and I went into the store to purchase a set of sheets and some plastic forks. Initially I thought I was overreacting about someone following us until we got to the back of the store looking for plastic silverware I noticed the police officer following us around the store. (He was originally in the parking lot playing in his phone, the only reason I noticed this is because I told my husband to watch his car because the car was slightly rolling while the officer was playing in his phone) Then on top of that I get to the cash register and I handed a swiffer mop to the cashier to ring it up, and she wouldn’t give it back nor put our items in the bag until I pulled out my bank card then she became really friendly and welcoming. Never again this racist establishment and what makes it really sad is both the police officer and cashier were both black as well. I will be contacting corporate because this was completely unacceptable!"
"Nice household items especially Christmas decor but the morning staff is NOT friendly. Especially the older cashier."
