"I’ve stayed here three times in the past 2 years for at least a week at the time , I’ve always had a very good experience, I just wish the Continental breakfast had a little wider variety , but it’s not a dealbreaker for me ."

"Front desk employee Evette told me I couldn't have my service animal in the food area. I asked for a manager, she called Paola who said the same thing. I am protected under federal law. These employees need to be educated! This is unacceptable and not fair. I missed breakfast because of her uneducated self."

"Would definitely stay again! The staff make all the difference here. All welcoming and service oriented. Every team member from the front desk to housekeeping greeted us with a smile and kindness. Even our old grumpy dog liked it and had no issues. Pet friendly was a bonus."

"The place was awesome (except the pool). Check-in was great, the lobby was new and nicely decorated and really clean, the staff was great, friendly and happy to have me, the room was awesome with all new fully stocked kitchen with a full fridge, great water pressure in the shower, AC was nice and cold and it's hot outside right now so that was a huge plus, the bed was super comfortable. The only two suggestions is 4 pillows for a king bed vs. 3 and then the pool, clean the pool, the bottom was full of algae and needs weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, it's a nice pool and great deck and furniture and grill area, but it needs cleaning asap!"

"Hi! I hope this get passed along to the right person. We had such a wonderful experience this am at our home2 suites in auburn/opelika Alabama. Our breakfast attendant Sarah was so refreshing. She truly made our breakfast and stay so delightful! She was so engaging to everyone and personable. She will do big things in customer service. Y’all should be proud to have an employee like Sarah. she represents Hilton in an amazing way. She was even so friendly to little kids and asking them about their day and what they ate. Please please let her manager know how impressed and delightful she is and made our stay go from just a typical hotel stay to a delightful we need to stay here next time!!"
