"They love to add addition "possible immediate issues" that need to be fixed no matter what I go there for, including $44 to reset battery monitoring system after $280 to replace the battery. No thanks. I just wanted my oil changed."

"Updated rating. Was a 5 star rating as the sale and shopping experience went great, with no issues initially. Good luck getting anyone on the phone for assistance or updates regarding title/finance issues. 5 months and the only person who seems to answer their phone seems to be the front desk, and apparently no one checks voicemail because they either don't return a call, or they're all full. I am out of state, so not easy to just visit in person. Would not use this dealership again knowing this is how the "Ford Family" operates."
