"If I could leave no stars for the front desk customer service I would this place is horrible. An elderly woman forgot her glasses and instead of walking out to assist her she just handed her papers to read. This woman just told her that she couldn’t see the papers! I’m not even sure why they have someone at the front desk because she just sends you to the self check-in station. They should just have a sign saying “you’re on your own”. I waited about 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Which isn’t too bad. My phlebotomist was very kind and professional. She answered any and all questions. If I could leave a separate review for her I would."

"Waited over an hour to take blood they are not even busy. Time management training is needed at this location absolutely ridiculous to wait that Long."

"ZERO stars I came one day at 3:30 they lady said you cant check in after 3 which I feel was a lie but whatever I came the next day on my lunch break and I have been here TWO HOURS for a simple drug test this dont make no sense they need to hire more people"

"Im only giving 4 stars because the wait time is long. Once your name is actually called and you go back that is so fast. Now I was nervous going here because of the bad reviews but I noticed a few things while here. The front desk was not rude but rather busy and running around doing some of everything. People do not listen. You clearly sign in at the kiosk when you get there and so many people will look at it like it’s an option and still go get in line and get upset when told to go sign in at the kiosk. Older people especially don’t even try to use it before complaining. I’m going to come out and say it I feel like a lot of people are saying they have bad attitudes because it’s all black women in there. I was there for a long time and even when dealing with me and others no one had an attitude but the patients that came in automatically ready to start drama."
