"Just try to get into your general doctor if you can they can’t/won’t prescribe everything ! I went to this office today and was diagnosed with bronchitis, which I figured I had. I get it about once a year, and I know what meds I need / always get to treat it. After seeing the nurse practitioner, another Lady came in and said ok you can go she will call in your scripts. I said what is she sending? She was annoyed , I told her I wanted to make Sure I got steroids and cough syrup with codeine along with antibiotics , because I have been Coughing nonstop for 3 days now, she came back in and tried to tell me that steroids wouldn’t help me but she would send it in and she won’t/can’t prescribe anything with codeine in it, I had to get my regular doctor to prescribe it. So I had to leave there then call my regular doctor anyway to get the rest of the scripts I needed. I felt like this establishment put themselves ahead of my needs just so their numbers would look better. It doesn’t seem like they really care."

"Horrible place, they prescribed my wife amoxicillan after she told them she was allergic to penicillin and all of its derivatives. Gave her nothing for pain, even though she was literally in tears from hurting so bad. Mind you my wife and I have been together for 10 years and this is the second non-baby related time she's went to the Dr in that time period. It has to be serious for her to go. Wouldn't even recommend this place for your dogs let alone another person."

"My husband and I have been treated as primary care patients with Dr Clark as well as using Quality Care. We recently was diagnosed with Influenza Type A and could not ask for better care and concern. The nurse did follow up calls to both of us, making sure we were progressing . She even helped me out and offered to walk me to my car! Thanks so much for the care they provided!"

"Personal and concise experience. I went in for a covid test and had some other tests done while I was there. They were very patient with me while I figured out my insurance cause I didn't have my cards yet. They then brought in Chris (hopefully correct spelling) who is a nurse practitioner to help me with a few other issues I had going on. I've been to the doctor several times this month and she was the first to inform me I had an ear infection even though I complained about it to others doctors in other facilities, she was the one that listened and got me some medicine for it. She also informed me I was severely dehydrated and explained how that affects your body and the next steps I need to take. I was there five minutes before closing so they were rushing but still took the time to take care of me and give me proper information and guidance. The biggest impact this urgent care clinic had on me is THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY JUST TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING! I was absolutely stunned. I missed the call and was very nervous calling them back because doctors only call with bad news. "We just wanted to see how you were feeling" had me lost for words. Big thank you to Quality Care Associates and especially nurse practitioner Chris for getting me right and on my way, not just treating me like a paycheck. ♥️"
