"I would leave less than a 1 but it's not possible. Appointment was scheduled over a month prior and all insurance information was given INCLUDING the member ID so all coverage could be verified. Day of appointment was told there would be no cost as insurance didn't have a cap on annual charges, but we insisted that we would have to pay something and wanted to know the cost of our options. Before the dentist could even take a look the front desk lady comes rushing in to say they don't even take the insurance. Total waste of time and now have to start the process of finding a dentist again while still dealing with an abcessed tooth. Staff may be nice, but if they are too incompetent to do their basic job functions such as verifying benefits and coverage before a visit then they are totally useless."

"Charging me for services that I didn't even get. Lied to me on the phone. Was super rude on the phone. Told me the hygienist took horrible notes and she couldn't follow them then told me based on the notes, these services were provided to my minor without my permission and I had no choice to pay for them. Told me I'd be sent to collections without even being sent a bill. Pay out of pocket and charged 6 weeks after my appointment. If I pay out of pocket, why was I not charged for this "service" before I left that day if it didn't need to go through insurance. Do NOT recommend. Will be finding a new dental practice for my whole family."

"We’ve been to Family Tree Dental in Marrietta a few times now and have only had wonderful experiences. The staff is very nice and great with both of my kids. We are always warmly welcomed and made to feel as at home as possible in a dentist office."

"I have a major anxiety of dental work from past experiences in my childhood, that have followed me into adulthood. My dental hygienist, Heather was amazingly caring, supportive & very attentive to my needs. I ended up needing a more extensive exam/cleaning, she had time in her scheduled & just got it done while I was already there. The assistant, I can’t remember her name was just as awesome. I really appreciated them acknowledging my anxiety & made the appointment as pleasant as possible. I will definitely be returning & having Heather be my hygienist in the near future.
