"I used to have an agent with Schwendeman Agency but moved away and had to go with a different company.I recently moved back and couldn’t remember who the awesome agent I had was so, I called to try and find out/ get some quotes and the receptionist was extremely rude and acted “put out. She transferred me to a “Chad” whom was also rude!!! Extremely rude! I said “Yano what thank you for your time I don’t deserve to be treated like this, I’ll go with someone else and he ended up hanging up on me. Definitely go with a different company! Clearly they don’t appreciate their customers"
