"Pool needs to be cleaned. Green algae everywhere. Ladders have no steps. Slide is not operational. Just not sure why they let these pools fall apart."

"Pool is cloudy and covered in algae! Staff kept throwing in chemicals WHILE families are swimming. Instant headache to many. Kids started complaining of burning sensations.. HOW is that okay? • They only accept cash. • No hot foods, ice creams, or water available for sale. They only had ice available. • Broken water slide • Huge wasp nest under the slide • Pool grounds are covered in trash inside and outside the gate"

"Columbus consistently mismanages every city facility and Double Churches Pool is no exception. It is the only pool open in all of Columbus and good luck actually getting to go and swim. You'll probably just stand in line hoping for someone to leave so you can get a spot. Whoever is running the parks and recreation departments genuinely needs to go. Been here for 5 years now and it has consistently been an absolute joke. We could not be more dissatisfied with how the city runs basically everything. But don't worry, they'll still vote in the extra tax for their new city building, but can't be bothered to actually properly manage their current facilities. The pool itself is fine if you can actually get in."

"Plenty of life guards. Lots of people but not too many to have fun! Only complaint is last time it was cash only and they didn't have change for a 20 this visit. Oh and concession stand out of pizza and nachos. No ketchup or mustard for hotdogs either and only diet coke for soda.."

"Great place to swim. Clean and neat. No outside food or drinks allowed(exceptions are made for diabetics and babies) MOST IMPORTANT…due to short staffing you can only swim at certain times and only for 2 hour increments. Wed -Friday hours are 12-2 2-4 4-6 and Sat and Sun 11-1 1-3 3-5 5-7. Also get here approximately 45 mins to 1 hour ahead of the slot you want to swim at. Line gets long quick and once they reach max capacity they just close the window and you have to wait for the next time slot."
