"Went for a great niece's birthday party. Didn't actually go in. In order to just go to the party room, they wanted me to complete a waiver with all my information on it in the computer. I understand the liability they are under but I'm a 65 year old woman who only wanted to drop off a gift and could even have been escorted to and from the room if needed. All my personal info was not needed for that. There should be provisions for instances such as this that do not require a totally completed waiver. I'm just thankful I'm past the days of kid Birthday parties at entertainment venues. I will say, it looked like the kids flying through the air were having a blast."
"Get membership it's worth every penny. My son loves urban air and he loves the staff. He has mild to moderate autism if he had it his way we would be there every day. Great way for kids on the spectrum to open up and make new friends learn life skills."
"We had my granddaughter 's 9th birthday party there. It was on a Sunday and we were there from open until close. Everyone left when they were ready and all had a great time. Their staff was attentive and served the guests. Adults even played, including myself. Highly recommend even for fun and not a party!"
