"Ok I’m gonna start with I walked in not looking for a fish, and seen a beautiful galaxy male betta red black and white. I’ve been looking for a betta like this for a while now, got it home and it passed three days after unfortunately. My family and I were upset and called the store, my girlfriend called the store to talk to someone, mine you being upset from the loss of our beautiful fish. I want to say a big thank you to Brianna, and awesome job at fixing a terrible thing. She replaced our betta and made our experience good enough to return, when otherwise we were not.
