"Service is not worth the price! The rooms are overpriced for the area. Holiday Inn may be a little more expensive but worth it. The manager refused to give extra blankets. We were told there were extra blankets already on the bed but that consisted of a sheet, a thin comforter, and a thin piece of fabric that resembled a shower curtain. We were denied a fork from the breakfast area. It was late and we wanted to eat our leftovers from supper. We were told the utensils were locked up. My question is does management not have a key? Pretty sure she does! Poor hospitality from just about every angle. What happened to ”make the customer happy”?! For what it's worth, happy customers leave good reviews. Unsatisfied customers stay elsewhere, as will we."

"Possibly the worst Quality inn I have ever stayed at. The price versus the service is outrageous. The manager (Nicole) was useless and does not need to be in a business that is supposed to cater and serve the public! I recommend finding another hotel even if it is a little more expensive!"

"Very unprofessional staff and management. The hotel was mediocre, but the staff made it feel like a dump. Unnecessary and unprovoked attitudes. I experienced it personally and saw it with other customers. After having an unprofessional encounter, I asked an employee who the manager was and they said, "She is the manager". They saw the look on my face and said "A lot of customers and employees complain about her attitude". Even though I'm sure that is true, their response made me feel as if I had no other option. I believe the manager's name was Nicole. I only stayed at the Quality Inn in Moultrie, GA because the other nearby hotels were booked. After receiving that poor service, I called Hampton Inn and begged for a room and they were able to find me one and I immediately checked out of Quality Inn. I recommend reading and comparing the reviews AND RESPONSES from Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn. You can see the difference when it comes to customer and quality care."

"This was a spontaneous get away for my love & I. We got our room for just one night.. but it was all we needed. Our only dislikes was the hassle with the vending machines (going back & forth between machines & front desk) and we could not get the television to change between channels. Other than those issues, it was a great stay for us. Very quiet atmosphere! Friendly welcoming staff! Thoroughly stocked rooms that for clean & neat! And we absolutely loved the accessible shampoo, conditioner & lotion bottles in the bathroom!!"
