Applebee's Grill + Bar

"The service sucked when we first got there we seated our selves because the waiter and waitress was sitting at a table talking and on their phones whatching us sit ourselves down about 15 mins later our waiter came over to the table and asked if we was ready to order not ever looking at a menu he asked if we needed to see menus so we ordered food they brought out one dinner ten minutes later another ten more minutes go by another the last one about 5 mins went by my burger came out let me tell y’all this that place don’t have anything on McDonald’s right now by the time we all was done chocking down what we could we desired to leave so another 15 minutes go by waiting on that dam lazy waiter to come take my money hell as bad as it was I really wanted to just dash but the dine part wasn’t worth even going there trust me skip Applebees in Moultrie Georgia you will be doing yourself a huge favor go down the road to long horn you will enjoy it better for the same amount of money or just go to McDonald’s I would give McDonald’s a way better rating than Applebees . This is an add-on to this review Applebees wants more info on my experience by sending a address to open to answer questions about our experience what is sad is they can’t even use a human to ask the questions they use a computer /AI to get the info Applebees wants to make it right well then send me an apology a public apology and not one that is produced by a computer until then I’ll make sure my friends and family doesn’t go to this place and I’m sure they will do the same with the ones they know."

"Dev was our server and he was absolutely amazing. He was not only sweet and attentive to us but he also made it a priority to give us our space and recommend different options. If Dev could be our server every time, I’d come ever day."

"Did an online order. We sat out in the pickup spot before the assigned pickup time. 15-20 minutes after the time had passed I went inside and there was no one to even talk to. I waited for someone to walk by and another irate customer walked in with the same complaint. The finally asked my name and brought me my order. When I looked it was not my order. I brought it back in and told them and someone brought me my order and didn't say sorry or anything. Didn't even seem to care. When we got halfway home my wife looked and we were missing part of our order. It was not a busy night by the way."

"Staff was great, especially after a hurricane this place really did what they could to make everyone happy. Food was delicious, drinks were yummy, and our waiter was super kind. I will say I had hoped to see more managers there to help out at the bar when drink orders were backed up forty minutes but I’m glad I atleast got the drink before I finished my food. Will be back if I ever come by this side of GA again."
