"Went to purchase a recliner love seat and they were closed. The posted hours clearly show they should be open 1230 to 530 on Sunday. I find it disrespectful to waste your potential customers time. If your going to change the hours then change the signage. If it is due to an unforeseen issue I would understand, but a note on the door would be nice."

"I truly appreciate every opportunity I get to shop ar Badcocks because it’s just an amazing shopping experience from the time I walk in the door because I am soon greeted by the most helpful staff that is available in my home town of Moultrie Ga. They just roll out the red carpet for you every time you come in whether it’s to pay my bill or if I am in need of a piece of furniture appliances or what have you. I never have to lift a finger except for when I point out the item I need the rest is handled by the staff. I have been shopping with Badcocks since I believe 1992 when I first started out with my family and I needed some help getting some furnishings and I tell you what they helped me furnish my home with appliances and furniture with a little down payment and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I believe they feel like we’re all family and that’s why you have such a wonderful experience with Badcocks. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else because I know that Badcocks service and quality products are unmatched so there you have it from a lifetime customer."

"My wife and I were shopping for a new washer, (ours suddenly quit). After waiting at a certain big box home improvement store only to be told they have no washers in the back, we left and I called Badcock to see if they had washers in stock. A gentleman answered the phone so I asked " do you have any washers in stock?" His reply was "how many do you want?" Lol, so I said just one and he said come see me I have them new in the box. Walked in the store and never said a word, he acknowledged me and pointed me in the direction of the washers. He came over and showed me the washers, climbed inside one to demonstrate it's capabilities and sold it to me on the spot! Easy purchase, knowledgeable salesman, great person. In and out in 15 minutes with a washing machine that was beyond our expectations! We're definitely a return customer/ friend of Mr. Blair and Badcock of Moultrie Ga.!!!"
