"Wanted to check out Lemongrass based on good reviews, but my experience wasn't great. Three employees didn't acknowledge me, and I waited patiently for my order. Another customer waited 15 mins for a waitress in what seemed like a not-so-busy time. Excited about the wings recommended by a classmate from the owners' previous spot near Lincoln High School. Hoping for a better overall experience next time. You can decide for yourself by checking out the wings."

"We chose to go to this place based on reviews, as we were interested in finding a new Pho gem! We ordered two apps prior to the meal- chicken spring rolls and crispy calamari. The spring roles were barely warm and almost soggy like they had been sitting out for a bit. The calamari smelled fishy and was chewy and greasy. This would lead me to believe it was not actually calamari. The pho broth was pretty decent, but the beef portion was filled with a lot of fat and gristle. The chicken seemed to be all thin breast meat which was a plus. The meatball texture and flavor was a bit disappointing. Overall the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was quiet. Our server seemed to be having a bad day, but I could hear the interactions of a different server and she seemed delightful. It could just be an off day, but I am not sure we would go back. We were not asked how our food was, nor did we complain or provide feedback to the restaurant. We received our bill, paid in full, tipped 20% and moved on. It was an adventure plain and simple."

"The food was decent, we got fresh summer rolls, pad thai, and drunken noodles. The noodles came out looking like the most bland thing I’ve ever ordered but thankfully I had spice added and it ended up being good. The summer rolls didn’t have much flavor but they were okay."
