"This place was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend if you are getting services through your Auto Insurance plan, I had a horrible experience with EuroFed they tried to charge me 7,000 over what was quoted from insurance to fix my car, they also took my insurance deductible before repairs were done and when I had my car moved to Precision they would not refund me. The people working here are Amazing, “Dee” in particular made sure I was taken care of from the first phone call, very polite.. was empathetic to my situation and kept me updated on everything. They also waived a storage fee for me in regards to picking up my car because I was initially trying to get my deductible back from EuroFed. I highly, recommend this place for repairs or any other services they offer. My car looked brand new upon pick up, all parts carry a warranty and if I ever need anything for my vehicle they will receive my patronage. My car is a Mercedes Benz CLA and they fixed it within my insurance claim limits they also picked my car up in house from the other shop. 10000% RECOMMEND!! Thank you again Precision!"

"It's been a couple of months since I picked up my car from this shop. It drives well, and it looks like nothing even happened. Dee and Oceania were extremely helpful and professional. If you want to know the status of your car, it's faster to just come up to the shop rather than call because the hold time can be a little long. Thanks to Mr. Albert for replacing the doors and painting them the car looks brand new. I will advise anyone if their car was involved in an accident or need repairs to the damage. Even spoke with my insurance company for me a few times I would call for updates ms Cordelia would give me updates on my vehicle as well.
