My battery started going bad last weekend and after a week of struggle, I got my final Jump this morning and took my son to school. 6:30 I had to get there and keep it running because I wasn't even sure if I could afford one. They opened at 7:30 and he was so kind, he surched and found me something I could afford and spent so much time taking the new one for me and put the new one in. "I requested a oil cap but they packed a fuel one instead. Next day I tried to change it but they didn’t changed it cause I lost the receipt, I showed by bank statement where was cleared stated the store name and location but they didn’t accepted that as a proof to help. Finally I had to buy the correct cap and kept the other one I didn’t need. I feel that’s a bad service"
