"Better curbside pickup experience is a must. I called for curbside pickup, someone answered but put me on hold for a long time. Why do you want customer to call to speak to someone for a curbside pickup? What if no body answers calls or put on hold forever? Get someone to design an app and have a link for a customer to push the button stating that they are here at parking #, car model, etc... then someone bring it outside. How hard is that? I am not sure if I want to go back. Need some body to run this business professionally."

"The only reason why I’m giving one star is because I went there to ask for a code reading. The dude Camilo came outside, and then my husband asked him. Could he clear the code he told my husband no, which wasn’t a problem OK but my husband is deaf in one ear so he didn’t hear clearly so he asked again and he turned around and was like “yo you didn’t hear what I said” I said no! Loud and aggressive, while I had my two young daughters in the backseat. Very unprofessional. If you guys need any help ask everyone but him"

"Mgr. And I got into it, because, he couldn't come outside to test my battery, bcuz there was only one other employee besides himself working and there were ppl standing in line. Anyway, i went outside to calm down, then i reentered the store. We ended up in a nice conversation and i apologized to him, and he did to me for not being cm able to come outside. I've been going to this location for over 20+ years. I will return, because in the end, his customer service was pleasant enough for me to return."

"Been going there for years and I like it. Unless they are really packed you don't have to wait in line much. I usually order on line and pick up what can't be delivered. They have installed batteries & windshield wipers which is a great service. I have seen the same employees for years which is always a good sign. They are a smaller store so don't always have the inventory the larger on, but there is a big store close by. They also participate on some weekends in the pet program where pets can get shots. Good community members."
