"I have gone to this location multiple times in the past and received very poor service. It is the most convenient as it is close to my home so I thought I would give them 1 more chance with hesitation. I was right, all I needed this time was Alignment. After driving around I noticed that the alignment was not done properly. I wasted almost an hour waiting and now have to go back. I will go to another location to get it right. I've seen Tires Plus service become poor over the years as I have been going there for over 20 years. I will find another place to service my vehicles. They rotate people so even though I have had good service at one location, they change employees. Not happy at all."
