We never met David Kolmel, he then passed us on to Ariel Franklin, I believe is his name. We then hired a new lawyer and that lawyer got everything in motion. We felt like we were just another paycheck and not represented well at all, we were VERY unsatisfied with this companies services. We will not be getting our retainer back because it's NON-REFUNDABLE. (Should've seen that red flag, most attorneys will refund your retainer fee.)
