"I’ve retuned literally hundreds on Amazon items to UPS locations around the city and not once have I ever been told I would have to pay for them to slap a piece of tape across a box. The snarky girl behind the counter laughed and said yes it’s $1.49. I’m sorry no it’s not because I’ll take my returns to kohls and my future business elsewhere . I hope $1.49 was worth loosing a long time customer."

"Amazon specifically told me I didn’t need a box if I went to UPS to return. The UPS store made my brother buy a box that cost almost as much as the item we were delivering! That was such ridiculous and not what our original directions required!"

"Do NOT have items shipped to this location. They now charge a $20 pickup fee on top of the money you already paid UPS. If this had been disclosed beforehand, that would have been fine. However, springing this extra fee on customers once they are looking at their package on the counter is ridiculous. I am not sure if UPS or this location's owner is at fault, but this is a horrible way to run a business."

"This UPS store is the only branch that I deal with when it comes to my shipping needs. I've gone to other stores and the experience Is always dreadful. But NOT here! Employee Vincent is consistently present with great customer service and provides amazing guidance when it comes to the best options for getting my packages to their destination! I appreciate the level of professionalism he always holds himself to when dealing with customers."

"I have been using this location for 20 years. How it has changed. I have found customer service skills lacking. Rules are rules but how you say it and facial expressions say it all. How about saying good morning before being told, “this Amazon return should have been packed”..as it is been pushed back. Well? I asked for packing ..while her face was cold as ice. I am visibly disabled. Not even a bit of concern. Today I received grace for a small box that needed a 12”inch piece tape. Next time.. told $1.50. I felt like the Seidfeld show. “No soup for you” episode. Be ready for rules training. Keep your joy."
