"Horrible store. Lost 2 thousand dollars with this horrible store. The owner herself shipped a package for me and neglected to tell me about insurance and what could happen with the shipment. Package was lost and all she can say is I can't do anything. She swears she offered but will not look at the cameras which would show her she never offered. Now I'm out over 2 thousand dollars and all I got is. "I can't do anything" Horrible franchisee. Stay away from these people"
"Came to do fingerprinting and although the service was completed the customer service was not satisfactory. The young lady doing the fingerprinting (Malika) was rude and did not assist. I have only done fingerprints once in my life and that was over 10 years ago when I was newly licensed. She assumed I knew what I was doing. She was not patient and kept repeating things to me before I could have a chance to react. Never again!! I would rather drive an additional 30 minutes for friendlier service."
