"This store charged me $2.11 to print a one page black and white label. Not 5 pages. I did pay it but that is excessive when you can print a black/white copy for less than .60 at a printing store like Fed Ex, Office Depot etc. In the past at UPS they have always printed labels at no cost. This has nothing to do with rising costs and everything to do with greed. No other printing store charges this much for a one page document even in color. I understand deciding to charge for printing but let’s be honest you overcharged me."

"The owner of this store scammed me in order to maximize his profit. I brought a package in that I had priced out the options for shipping online and asked for Ground shipping that would take 2 days to deliver. The manager literally refused to sell me UPS Ground shipping and claimed that his store could ONLY sell me the more expensive air shipping. Since I had to get the package sent asap I ended up paying an extra $100 over the original shipping estimate. I asked if I could pay for the ground shipping online and print the label there and ship it. The manager told me that if I did that it would take 4-5 days to get there instead of the 2 days listed online. This was almost certainly a lie to get me to overpay for their service. I found the owner and management of this store to be dishonest and greedy. They lied to me in order to sell me a more expensive product. I would never ship here again."

"I found the store very convenient and reasonably priced. Friendly, quick service and Great customer care. I particularly remember the name of store manager, Mr Mumin, who handled my packaging to the best of his abilities and was very knowledgeable with printing and shipping. I highly recommend you to use their services."

"Really, TAPE? What happened to customer service?! Give me the roll. I’m told to take it to UPS store to return. I do! I am in this store at least once a week & you cannot spare a strip of tape…maybe a warning, or just the cost of doing business?! New concept….SERVICE, quality & cleanliness=VALUE! UPS let me down on shipping and damaging an item, then charging me for TAPE to return the piece…when I have a barcode for return shipping."
