"The assistance is horrible. You have to be homeless, Poor, down and out in order to get any appropriate help when you need it. This is a shame that they want more homeless people in the world. These are government funded buildings, and there is no way that this is fair we pay taxes just to be treated and the upmost disrespect. You can’t get any answers on the phone lines, and when you do get answers on the phone lines, no one is going to help they are just going to hang up on you and tell you that they can’t do anything for you. Something has to change and be done better with legal aid, especially in the more predominantly black areas."

"I went in the office on 777 Cleveland ave and the female receptionist at the front desk was super rude. I’m in the midst of a legitimation process and was told I don’t qualify because I don’t have custody of two of my three children and making 17.50 is too much. I explained I’m still required to financially support all of my children but that doesn’t matter, if I could give zero stars I would."

"So far, I have nothing bad to say. I've called legal aid in Gwinnett & let me say, the Atlanta office cares, at least about what's going with my situation. Ms. Dial is great, she listens, she's all about the information needed to progress to the next step. I'm currently going through a situation, no where close to being resolved or over with I feel as if this Atlanta office will try to offer me as much support as needed. That's the feeling I get when everything is said & done. Will update as things proceed. 04/19/2023"
