"Attorney Matt Miller did a poor job explaining the proper next steps for the case like the litigation / discovery stage process and what it really was and why I have to speak to the other Side beside speaking more and a combatted manner trying to explain, and why do I need to speak to the company lawyer.( Even though, I did show up for litigation on and on the time he said he canceled it with reach out to me so wasted time and energy with them) I notice that and the office even they don’t want speak to they just transfer you even with Stephanie. they where nice, but that not good enough. My case was drop/ and wanted to let them go many of occasion friend and family been telling to let them go not sure who they truly represent after mention what they would say.
